CORE classes work to teach gymnastics and acrobatic fundamentals using progressive techniques by our safety certified staff. All classes are offered at the beginning level 1 and athletes will mobilize as they show skill readiness, physical ability and awareness. Athlete progressions are kept on skill cards and evaluations are performed each February.

Gymnastics classes introduce bar, beam, vault and floor skills during training sessions. Ninja classes introduce strength and endurance techniques, tumbling, trampoline and utilize our ninja obstacle course.
XMA classes teach a variety of twisting and flipping skills used in parkour.
Trampoline & Tumbling classes introduce trampoline routines and skill combinations as well as floor tumbling skills.
Tumbling classes focus on floor tumbling skills with safe progression and technique. Tumblers will use a variety of training aids to ensure awareness, strength and consistency is achieved before mobilizing. Tumbling classes are broken up by age and level with level 1 being beginner and level 6 being the most advanced. Level appropriate skills must be mastered before mobilizing to the next level.
